COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We are pleased to announce that Cypress Immigration is taking all necessary precautions to ensure all health and safety of our staff and customers. We want to thank you, our valued customers and our team members, for trusting us and working together to protect the health and safety of our community. We are committed to ensuring safety protocols are met while providing services to our customers. To minimize the risk of spread, we have taken the following safety measures:

• Virtual meetings: In order to understand our client’s needs and to provide consultation we are either using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or over the phone.
• Working remotely: Most of our staff is working remotely and all the applications are submitted online to minimize the physical contact.
• By appointments only: We have encouraged our customers to book appointment beforehand if they absolutely need to visit our office. If you have symptoms or you think you have been exposed to the virus; please cancel your appointment.
• Masks are mandatory: Wearing a mask is required when entering the facilities for the safety of our employees and customers.

We remain optimistic and confident that if we all stay committed to safe health practices, we will get out of this crisis sooner. We recognize the hard work from our team members and are grateful for their commitment to serving our customers while ensuring the safety of our community.
